You will also mentor associates, manage scheduling and operations, and stay informed about promotions and store policies to drive memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
