Böhme in the western United States is seeking an outgoing, professional Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager to uphold excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and daily operation standards. You will be a team player who motivates staff and enhances the customer shopping experience through knowledgeable and friendly service.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will open and close the store on scheduled days, assist with inventory shipments, drive sales

Formación

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open store and manage opening procedures on scheduled days.
• Close store and handle closing procedures on scheduled days.
• Execute the bank deposits.
• Receive and help merchandise inventory shipments.
• Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and monitor progress.
• Ensure customers are serviced properly by direct selling and sales floor supervision.
• Inform staff of daily assignments and böhme initiatives as directed by Store Manager.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor and backroom.
