böhme in Utah seeks a proactive Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and daily store operations. You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.

This role requires leading by example, overseeing opening/closing duties, and coordinating staff to meet sales goals while upholding böhme standards.

Competenze

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.

Mansioni

• Open store and maintain opening operations on scheduled days.
• Close store and maintain closing operations on scheduled days.
• Execute the bank deposits.
• Complete markdowns on sale and damaged goods when instructed.
• Receive and help merchandise inventory shipments.
• Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals, as well as your own. Communicate goals and monitor achievements.
• Effectively ensure that customers are serviced properly by direct selling and monitoring of sales floor.
• Inform all staff of daily assignments and böhme initiatives as outlined by Store Manager and the Corporate Office.
• Make merchandise and floor changes as assigned by Store Manager.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
