Böhme, LLC is seeking an outgoing Operations Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and daily operations. You'll move products between receiving, warehouse, and store, manage inventory, support merchandising, and lead the team to meet sales goals and KPIs while ensuring accurate cash handling and stock control.

Strong organizational skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.
• Excel at time management and multi-tasking.
• Ability to count and perform simple math.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; stand, walk, and reach.

Responsabilités

• Move product between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Sort and place materials by size, type, color, or product code.
• Ensure accuracy of transfer documentation to/from store locations and warehouse.
• Assist in merchandise presentation and floor stocking.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets.
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Handle cash deposits and cash register duties.
• Communicate needs with store management to maintain inventories.
