Job summary

Ann Taylor in Chicago is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach team members, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months retail sales experience (preferred) and comfort with using a point-of-sale system. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand by delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
