Ann Taylor in Seattle Premium—ANN-Tulalip, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to operate store functions and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer focus, and driving a profitable, well-run shop. The ideal candidate has 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), some management exposure, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
