Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead at our Chesterfield, MO location to drive exceptional customer experiences and support store leadership. You will coach associates, model brand behaviors, and help deliver profitable performance while maintaining top-notch visuals and operations.

The role requires customer service skills, some management experience, and strong communication. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching team members.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help each associate excel.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
