Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for The Mall in Columbia, MD. This onsite role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, mentoring staff, and driving sales.

You will leverage product knowledge to engage customers and coordinate with the Store Manager on training, merchandising and operations. The position requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a dynamic, high-energy approach, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of retail experience minimum; management experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, features and function.
• Support store operations and achieve sales targets with the team.
• Assist in training and feedback based on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Maintain store merchandising and communicate inventory needs to the Store Manager.
• Ensure safety and security standards and assist with loss prevention.
