Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at St. Louis Galleria to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support both Sales & Operations.

You will lead engaging customers, share product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function, and collaborate with the Store Manager and a driven team to hit bold targets. The role requires 1 year retail experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a proactive, energetic mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Train and mentor associates, supporting Store Manager and team goals.
• Drive engagement through events, promotions and omni-channel initiatives.
