Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Waterloo, IA to inspire teammates and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive store performance, coach selling behaviors, and ensure operations run smoothly from opening to closing. You are passionate about shoes and building a welcoming in-store culture.

You will mentor associates, support customer connections, and uphold company policies while delivering the Famous Feeling to every guest who walks in the door.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail management or supervision preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
