LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1741-Walt Whitman Mall-ANN-Huntington Station, NY 11746. You will model personalized customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to assume managerial duties when required.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a hands-on approach to maintaining superb customer service while upholding store standards and driving team results at busy evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
