Job summary

Ann Taylor is hiring a Sales Lead in Massachusetts. You will be a key team member supporting and modeling excellent customer experiences while guiding associates. Work with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
