Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to elevate customer experiences and support store operations in Philadelphia Premium - Pottstown area. You will work with the Store Manager to guide the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

The role requires a passion for people, willingness to coach others, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or management exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Foster an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Utilize company tools to support omnichannel shopping experiences.
• Be ready to step into the manager role when needed.
