Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead for Store 1840-Ashley Park-ANN-Newnan, GA. You will model exceptional customer experiences, guide and coach associates, and partner with the Store Manager to build and sustain a high-performing team.

You’ll uphold LOFT’s visual and service standards, drive profitability, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and POS systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to onboard and develop an engaged team.
• Assist in upholding brand standards and store operations.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Contribute to a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Step in as manager when needed.
