The Purple Mattress is seeking a Sales Lead for our Farmington store to drive personal sales, meet performance goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with Purple’s values. You will coach team members, grow selling skills, develop product knowledge, and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Desire to improve selling behavior and problem solving.
