Soma, located at Store 5508-River Park Square-Soma-Spokane, WA, is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model excellent service, and support leadership responsibilities. The role emphasizes hospitality, brand standards, and creating memorable, personalized customer experiences on the floor.

You will guide daily operations, coach teammates, and help drive sales through knowledge sharing and strong teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed on sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team environment.
