Job summary

Soma at Store 5017-Washington Square-Soma-Tigard is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model customer-centric service. You will help shape a positive culture, ensure brand standards are met, and guide associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, coaching feedback, and collaboration with peers to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
