Visionworks is seeking a Retail Third Key/Sales Lead in Louisville to be the face of our store. You will guide the customer journey, demonstrate optical knowledge, and drive daily sales while delivering exceptional service.

The role includes training, product recommendations, and overseeing store operations to meet customer expectations and business goals.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through training to ensure right first time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only.

Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate:$11.86 - 16.01/hr

The Role:

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. TheThird Keypersonally takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed inLEADpositions only
