Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through an exceptional eyewear journey with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and participating in ongoing training to ensure the Right the First Time standard.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Retail or optics experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Assumes knowledge of eyewear products and services and stays trained through continuous development.
• Performs store operations tasks to support store goals, including opening/closing in Lead roles as needed.
