Visionworks of America, Inc. in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Retail Third Key/Sales Lead who will be the face of our store, guiding customers through eyewear selection and the Visionworks experience.

You'll be trained in optics, product knowledge, and customer service to meet patient needs, achieve daily sales goals, and support store operations including opening and closing as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Meets eyewear measurements and maintains product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Executes day-to-day store operations including opening and closing the store as needed in lead positions.

Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate: $11.86 - 16.01/hr

The Role:

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. TheThird Keypersonally takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed inLEADpositions only

Qualifications:
