Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Outlet Keyholder to support sales and store profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and daily operations. You will assist with opening and closing procedures when other store leaders are unavailable.

You’ll provide friendly service on the selling floor, process transactions, stock and maintain a safe, organized environment, and help protect company assets while following procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide friendly, helpful service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and stock receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe selling floor and stockroom.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Support store opening and closing standards and provide supplemental supervision when needed.
