Tom James Company is offering an internship designed for current students who will graduate by Summer 2027. The program is 8 hours per week and pays $15 per hour, with two on-campus workshops and weekly live Zoom sessions led by the intern leader.

Participants will book appointments with leads by phone, act as sales development reps, and learn proven prospecting strategies in a collaborative setting with mentors and fellow interns.

Qualifications

• Active student graduating by Summer 2027.
• Must attend the University in the posting title.
• Must attend both in-person workshops and Friday live Zooms.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments with qualified leads over the phone.
• Act as a sales development representative using prospecting tools.
• Gain in-depth understanding of what it takes to succeed in professional sales.
• Collaborate with local interns and interns nationwide while working alongside top sales mentors.
