You will participate in cross-functional projects across construction, land, marketing, and finance while learning our customer service approach. This in-person internship runs through the summer 2027 season in the Alpharetta area.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a degree program at a regionally accredited university/college.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional groups.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply classroom concepts.

Responsibilities

• Learn the homebuilding industry and Meritage business model.
• Support the sales division with admin tasks and process training.
• Assist sales agents with customer interactions and model home options.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with other interns and leaders.
• Present real-world recommendations to senior leadership.
• Document and reflect on the internship experience.
