Meritage Homes Corporation is offering a Construction Internship in the Atlanta area for the summer of 2027. The program is designed to immerse you in the homebuilding process, exposing you to construction, land, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance and HR as you learn from business leaders.

This role is in-person and full-time, located in one of our communities around the Atlanta metro area. You will study our core values, translate classroom knowledge into practical work, and present

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a regionally accredited degree program.
• Strong interest in construction industry and homebuilding.
• Ability to work in-person in summer 2027 in Atlanta area.
• Willingness to learn through cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn the homebuilding industry, Meritage business model and an assigned functional area like construction, land, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance, HR.
• Learn Meritage core values and why they drive everything we do.
• Translate classroom experience into practical application during the internship.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with other interns and business leaders.
• Present real world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy.
• Write a paper focusing on the internship experience.
