Prizm Pest Control is hiring for a Sales Representative in a seasonal, in-person role focused on building a residential customer base across multiple markets. You will engage homeowners directly, communicate value, and drive new sales in a fast-paced environment.

We emphasize coaching, growth, and leadership development, with a clear path to advancement. This role rewards performance with commissions, bonuses, and housing options in select markets. Training is provided to accelerate success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.
• Willingness to train, be coached, and follow leadership guidance.
