Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) offers a 10-week Sales Internship designed to expose students to retail and wholesale dynamics. You will shadow the Sales team, assist with samples and reports for meetings, and attend weekly planning sessions.

Interns work on sample management, exposure to OTB and inventory processes, coordinate with Merchandising, and help manage purchase order activity for each customer. This on-site program in Chicago provides hands-on learning and mentorship.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
10-week internship duration
Sales or Business Majors a plus

Responsibilities

Shadow Sales in day-to-day responsibilities
Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal/customer meetings
Attend weekly meetings
Own sample management (i.e. maintaining assortment boards, receiving and sending PP/TOP samples)
Exposure to OTB and Inventory Management processes
Work closely with the Merchandising Department based on Sales needs
Work with Sales to manage PO activity for each customer and category
Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for our product categories
