Randa Apparel & Accessories invites you to join a 10-week Sales Intern program in the Chicago area. You will shadow the sales team, pull samples and reports, attend weekly meetings, and manage samples across categories. This internship offers hands-on exposure to forecasting, inventory, and cross-functional collaboration.

The program emphasizes mentorship, a group project, and a chance to present findings to leaders at the end of the term.

Qualifications

Sales or Business Majors a plus.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday.
Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks).
Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Looking to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Shadow Sales in day-to-day responsibilities.
Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal/customer meetings.
Attend weekly meetings.
Own sample management (i.e. maintaining assortment boards, receiving and sending PP/TOP samples).
Exposure to OTB and Inventory Management processes.
Work closely with the Merchandising Department based on Sales needs.
Work with Sales to manage PO activity for each customer and category.
Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for our product categories.
