Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) offers a 10-week Sales Internship in New York, NY. You will assist the Sales and Sales Planning teams, shadow day-to-day sales activities, and help with samples and reports for meetings.

The program provides exposure to retail and wholesale basics, with a mentor-guided project presenting to leaders. Preference for Sales or Business majors and full on-site commitment.

Qualifications

• Sales or Business majors a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday.
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks).
• Thrives in collaborative settings and understands cross-functional alignment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal/customer meetings.
• Attend weekly meetings.
• Own sample management (i.e. maintaining assortment boards, receiving and sending PP/TOP samples).
• Exposure to OTB and Inventory Management processes.
• Work closely with the Merchandising Department based on Sales needs.
• Work with Sales to manage PO activity for each customer and category.
• Learn forecasting and projections for product categories.
