Continental offers a Sales Internship starting in June 2027, structured as a 10-week program. Interns will shadow field sales teams, receive mentorship from senior executives, ride along with reps, and participate in a mid-year sales conference.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field.
• Expected graduation date 12/2027 or 5/2028.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours + travel.
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.
• Must have valid driver's license with responsible driving record.
• Must be 21 years old (for car rentals).
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with field sales and company strategy.
• Receive 1-on-1 mentoring with senior executives and ride along with sales reps.
• Participate in and network during mid-year sales conference.
• Contribute to high level sales strategy projects.
• Engage in small group discussions on Continental's go-to-market strategies.
