Job summary

Continental is seeking an internship in Fort Mill, SC, offering hands-on experience in field sales. The 10-week program provides mentoring with senior executives, ride-alongs with sales reps, and opportunities to contribute to high-level sales strategy projects.

You will participate in group discussions on go-to-market strategies and attend the mid-year sales conference, gaining networking and project experience while travel is required. The start is planned for June 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field.
• Expected graduation date 12/2027 or 5/2028.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours + travel.
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%
• Must have valid driver's license with responsible driving record
• Must be 21 years old (for car rentals)
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 mentoring with senior executives
