Job summary

Continental offers a 10-week Sales Intern program that gives interns a hands-on view of life in field sales. You will receive mentorship from senior executives, ride along with sales reps, and network during a mid-year conference.

You will also contribute to high-level sales strategy projects and participate in small group go-to-market discussions. Travel to various US locations is required, with travel expenses covered by Continental, and interns gain hands-on experience within a global

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field.
• Expected graduation date 12/2027 or 5/2028.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours plus travel.
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.
• Must have valid driver's license with responsible driving record.
• Must be 21 years old (for car rentals).
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 mentoring with senior executives.
• Ride along with experienced sales reps during customer visits.
• Participate and network during our mid-year sales conference.
• Opportunity to contribute to high level sales strategy projects.
• Small group discussion sessions on Continental’s go-to-market strategies.
