Job summary

Continental is seeking a Sales Intern for a 10-week program in the United States. The role offers mentoring from senior executives, ride-alongs with sales reps, and participation in a mid-year sales conference.

Interns will contribute to high-level sales strategy projects and engage in small group discussions on Continental’s go-to-market approaches; travel across the US is required with expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US-accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field.
• Expected graduation date by 12/2027 or 5/2028
• Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours plus travel
• Must have minimum GPA 2.8
• Must be able to travel up to 50%
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 mentoring with senior executives.
• Ride along with experienced sales reps during customer visits.
• Participate in and network during the mid-year sales conference.
• Contribute to high level sales strategy projects.
• Small group discussions on Continental’s go-to-market strategies.
