Job summary

Athene invites you to an internship designed to turn your ideas into real solutions for customers and the industry. You will work with a team to gain hands-on experience in annuity products, and you’ll collaborate on meaningful projects that make a difference in communities.

Interns participate in training, professional development, and networking events, with a paid housing option if eligible. This program runs from mid-May to early August, with decisions ahead of fall term 2027 enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training with the Internal Sales Support team to learn Athene’s annuity products and sales processes.
• Assist financial professionals and handle inbound calls as trained.
• Respond to illustrations, marketing materials, website resources, and other sales-support needs.
• Participate in product presentations and development opportunities to strengthen communication and industry knowledge.
• Support individual or team projects to improve Sales processes and customer experience.
