Job summary

SARAL TECH is seeking a Sales Intern to support our sales activities. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales from a remote setting.

Ideal candidates are freshers or those with prior sales experience, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. The position offers unpaid probation for 3 months, followed by a paid salary and performance-based incentives.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Intern to support our sales activities. The intern will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order/conversion processes.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Probation & Compensation

• The initial 3 months will be treated as a probation/training period.
• During the 3-month probation period, compensation will be** Unpaid**
• After successful completion of the probation period, the compensation will be
• ₹20,000 - 25,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the monthly salary, based on applicable sales targets and company policies.
• Continuation after probation will be based on performance and business requirements.
