A window cleaning franchise is seeking motivated individuals to develop a commercial customer base in Corpus Christi. Responsibilities include cold calling, site visits, and networking to acquire new clients. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor. The role offers flexible hours, on-the-job training, and commission opportunities. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Acquire new commercial customers through site visits.
• Acquire new residential customer through subcontracting from maid services.
• Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Acquire new commercial customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site.
• Acquire new commercial customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet.
