Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a friendly, results-driven salesperson in Lincolnton, NC to develop both commercial and residential client bases. You’ll use cold calls, subcontracting, and referrals to win new business and must be able to meet regular sales goals.

The role offers on-the-job training, flexible hours, no nights or weekends, and commission/bonus opportunities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales.
• Acquire new commercial customers via subcontracting from cleaning/maintenance/PM firms.
• Grow residential customers via referrals from commercial clients.
• Onboard new residential customers via maid-service subcontracting.
• Leverage personal and community networks for customers.
• Generate new business via follow-up calls for on-site estimates.
• Follow up with contacts from direct sales efforts.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
