Job summary

Digital Assurance Advisors is seeking a Solutions Advisor to drive new business in cybersecurity and GRC services. This remote role requires a self-motivated sales professional with a strong track record in B2B sales and expertise in cybersecurity. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to close deals and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

We’re growing fast—and looking for a Sales Hunter who thrives on opening new doors, closing deals, and being the first to bring expert professionals with cutting-edge security solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

As our Solutions Advisor, your mission is simple: bring in new business. You’ll identify, pursue, and close new enterprise accounts in need of cybersecurity and GRC services, including but not limited to:

Managed Service Provider solutions

Cybersecurity strategy & Compliance risk assessments

Penetration testing & vulnerability management

Virtual CISO (vCISO) and CIO (vCIO) services

GRC consulting and technology enablement

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of small, medium and enterprise prospects

Pitch and demo solutions to decision-makers, CISOs, and compliance leaders

Build relationships with channel partners and referral networks

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to win deals

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets

What You Bring

3–7+ years of experience in Hunting for B2B sales, preferably in managed services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or risk/compliance services

A proven track record of Hunting and closing net-new business

Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape and key compliance frameworks

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to speak the language of both technical buyers and business stakeholders

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-performance environment

Teamwork

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)

Knowledge of GRC operations

Existing network of CIOs, CISOs or compliance leaders
