Job summary

European Wax Center in American Fork seeks a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will train and guide front desk staff, greet guests, promote services and products, manage reservations and cash handling, and maintain a clean, organized center that reflects our brand. This role requires strong communication, a target mindset, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
