Job summary

European Wax Center in Draper, UT is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires evening and weekend availability and offers a path for growth in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting services and products, training staff, and managing front-desk operations. Prior retail or beauty experience is a plus, with benefits and daily pay available.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-d desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
