European Wax Center in American Fork, UT is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This is an in-person, hospitality-driven role in a busy spa environment.

You will greet guests, train staff, promote services and products, manage front desk operations, and maintain center cleanliness. Availability to work evenings and weekends, strong sales and communication skills, and a professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins/outs, reservations, confirmation calls, cash handling and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for peers and lead others to their full potential.
