Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM functions (Sales, CS, Solutions/Pre-Sales).
• Ability to partner with Sales leaders and calibrate hiring profiles.
• Experience building TAMs and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Strong recruiting judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Consultative partnership to influence hiring leaders and drive calibration.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM levels across Sales, CS, and Solutions/Pre-Sales.
• Define success profiles and interview plans with hiring leaders.
• Develop role-specific sourcing strategies across companies and geographies.
• Source, assess, and close candidates with high judgment and fit.
• Lead recruiting processes with clear stages and timely feedback.
• Provide pipeline insights and recommend interventions to leadership.
• Help scale GTM recruiting systems, playbooks, and team rhythms.
