Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate who will grow market share, uncover opportunities, and provide solutions to customers that result in long-term partnerships. Duties include growing customer accounts, making outbound calls, increasing order size and margin, and educating customers about new products.

You will maintain customer interactions in the CRM and collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and Microsoft Office.
• Desire to be in a sales role and be accountable for revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts for profit.
• Meet targets by increasing revenue and margin on assigned accounts.
• Make outbound calls and reach a minimum daily call target.
• Educate customers about products and keep CRM updated.
