D1 Training – Corona is seeking a Client Specialist in Sales & Growth. This energetic, sales-driven role is the first touchpoint with athletes, parents, and adults, guiding them into programs that transform performance and confidence.

You’ll own outreach, greet walk-ins, present programs and pricing, and help members join our growing wellness brand in Corona. You should love competition, build relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with both youth athletes and adults.
• Organized, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Responsabilidades

• Turn walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into committed members.
• Confidently present D1 programs and pricing.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
• Lead Generation & Community Presence
• Generate new business through calls, texts, and outreach.
• Represent D1 at local events, schools, and sports communities.
• Build partnerships that expand our reach in the Corona area.
• Create an exceptional first impression and onboarding experience.
• Be the bridge between athletes, parents, and coaches.
