Job summary

Massage Envy in Anaheim, CA seeks a Membership Sales Associate to grow our wellness community by connecting guests with memberships, services and products that support their health and self-care journey.

You will help guests understand the benefits of ongoing massage, stretch, and skincare services, promote gift cards and seasonal offers, and drive retail product sales for at-home wellness. A positive, energetic attitude and strong customer service are essential.

What You’ll Do

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will:

• Promote and sell Massage Envy wellness memberships
• Educate guests on the benefits of ongoing massage, stretch, and skin care services
• Drive gift card sales and seasonal promotional offers
• Recommend and sell professional retail products for at-home wellness and self-care
• Rebook guests for future appointments to encourage consistent wellness routines
• Build lasting relationships with members and first-time guests
• Follow up with prospective members and leads
• Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records
• Help achieve individual and clinic sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
