Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of corporate finance experience with emphasis on Sales Finance or Commercial FP&A.
• Leadership experience: 1–2 years of direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial partner to the Sales Group VP and leadership, turning data into strategic insights on sales pipeline, profitability, and product profitability.
• Support complex pricing models, bespoke deal structuring, and long-term margin analysis for Strategic Accounts.
• Drive margin optimization through customer profit health checks and recommendations for Traditional Accounts.
• Provide entrepreneurial financial modeling, agile forecasting, and growth tracking for startup-type business units (e.g., consulting, training, software).
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX for the sales organization and prepare business cases for productivity projects.
• Own the sales forecast and plan, integrating the pipeline and profitability/mix implications.
• Lead the sales planning process for annual budget, long-range plan, and monthly forecasts.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of three direct reports.
