Job summary

Kreate, a family-owned plastic injection molding company, is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a fast-paced environment. The role partners with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive alignment with financial objectives and provide actionable insights.

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will develop robust models, monitor KPIs, and support management with decision-ready analyses that enhance profitability and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years FP&A experience, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.
• High Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate key drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership to analyze manufacturing performance and overhead.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve cost control and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership review.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and ROI evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather financial and operational data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting.
