The Joint Chiropractic Whitesburg in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Wellness Sales Coordinator for a part‑time role focused on selling chiropractic memberships and delivering outstanding patient service.

If you are sales‑driven, confident, and enjoy turning conversations into memberships, you’ll train and earn commissions, bonuses, and a free wellness membership while helping the clinic grow. Fridays and Saturdays are required, with starting pay at $16/hour plus commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred (retail sales, membership sales, fitness, hospitality, or similar industries).
• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and SELL chiropractic wellness memberships and packages.
• Convert first‑time patients into recurring wellness members.
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales and conversion goals.
• Build value in our wellness plans and confidently overcome sales objections.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, retain, and re‑engage existing patients.
• Proactively follow up with potential members and inactive patients to drive additional sales.
• Take ownership of your performance and actively contribute to clinic growth.
• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that makes every patient feel valued.
• Build genuine relationships that encourage patient loyalty and referrals.
• Manage patient check‑ins, payments and front‑desk operations.
• Answer phones, educate patients about services, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records using our point‑of‑sale software.
• Support marketing promotions, community outreach, and sales initiatives.
• Work closely with our Chiropractors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Schedule & Location

This is a PART‑TIME position that will be split between our Whitesburg clinic location.
