The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Sales Coordinator for the Madison and Flowood clinics in Mississippi. This full-time role focuses on selling chiropractic wellness memberships, converting first-time patients into recurring members, and driving clinic growth.

You will work Fridays and Saturdays, earn a base of $16/hour plus commission and bonuses, and help maintain a positive patient experience while meeting sales goals.

The Joint Chiropractic Madison at Colony Crossing and The Joint Chiropractic Flowood is looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Wellness Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!

This isn't your typical front desk position. While providing exceptional patient service is important, SALES is a major part of this role. We're looking for someone who is motivated by results, takes initiative, and enjoys the challenge of turning first-time visitors into loyal, long-term wellness members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Confidently present, promote, and SELL chiropractic wellness memberships and packages
• Convert first-time patients into recurring wellness members
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales and conversion goals
• Build value in our wellness plans and confidently overcome sales objections
• Identify opportunities to upsell, retain, and re-engage existing patients
• Proactively follow up with potential members and inactive patients to drive additional sales
• Take ownership of your performance and actively contribute to clinic growth

Patient Experience & Clinic Operations

• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that makes every patient feel valued
• Build genuine relationships that encourage patient loyalty and referrals
• Manage patient check-ins, payments, and front desk operations
• Answer phones, educate patients about services, and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records using our point-of-sale software
• Support marketing promotions, community outreach, and sales initiatives
• Work closely with our chiropractors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience

This is a FULL-TIME position that will be split between our Madison at Colony Crossing and Flowood clinic locations.

Availability On Fridays And Saturdays Is REQUIRED.
