Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates in delivering exceptional customer service and safe, well-stocked store conditions.

This role covers both customer-facing and back-end tasks, with emphasis on coaching, performance follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff, manage safety procedures, and coordinate with store leadership to meet sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience required or 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
• Ensure department coverage, safety, and efficient store operations.
• Interact with customers and identify solutions to meet needs while driving sales.
