Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience leading or supervising teams, with or without direct reports.
• Experience mentoring/training associates and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Coach and train staff, delegate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
• Greet customers, clarify needs, identify solutions, and close sales.
• Oversee down stocking, inventory, area recovery, and merchandising input.
• Ensure store safety, conduct safety walks, and model safe lifting practices.
